3. Files can be sorted in ascending or descending order by: name, duration, file size, resolution, format orientation and date of download.
4. Files can be filtered to typed text, resolution, target group, file size and duration.

Grouping of contents to simplify compilation of loops 1. Determine the format orientation. Only contents compatible to screen format will be shown
in the following list.
2. Name groups.
3. Allocate content files using filter functions according to name, duration, file size, resolution or search criteria according to typed text.
4. Group names and the files allocated to a group can be changed any time.
5. Changing of group contents will automatically (once changes have been saved) result in change of all loops where this group has been allocated.
6. Comfortable overview of all groups sorted by group name or format orientation.

LOOPS



Easily create loops and time schedules1. Define format orientation, landscape or portrait format. Only compatible contents and content groups will appear in the following list.
2. Name loops and time schedules
3. Allocate contents or content groups to the loop, sorting possible according to name, duration and type of content, or search criteria according to typed text
4. Editing of loop name and allocation changes are possible at any time.
5. Contents of deleted loops will stay available for the reporting system and as contents for allocation to other loops.
6. Loops can be tested before activating them for the screens allocated – the loop will be sent to a test player (ID 9999) that should preferably situated in sight of the person who is responsible for the content management.
7. Positioning of contents within the loop can be changed easily.
8. Definition of format (portrait or landscape) for all contents, screens, content groups, screens groups is extremely important as only compatible content/screens/contents groups/screen groups will be made available for allocation on all levels of the software.
9. Clear register of all loops with all relevant information on the loop such as name, format direction, amount of screens allocated, duration of the loop and last update time.
10. List of loops can be sorted according to name or format direction in ascending or descending order.

FTP-Accounts1. To structure administration of all display, different FTP accounts can be created and secured via passwords.
